How We Do It

As a first-time home buyer, seasoned homeowner, seller, or investor it’s our mission to make sure you receive a thorough inspection. Our home inspections typically range from two to three hours long, depending on size of house, and you are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection.

How the Inspection Process Works

Depending on the size of your home, inspections typically last two to three hours. We will document and photograph defects and the general condition in a thorough, easy to understand home inspection report. The report will be emailed within 24 hours after the inspection. After the inspection is complete, we will also walk you through the property, pointing out the critical areas identified in the report.

Every home can look impeccable but hold serious technical or safety issues that the owner may not be aware of. Having your home inspected prior to placing on the market is the ideal way to identify and either disclose an issue or repair it.
