We prepare your reports with details that are easy to read on the condition of every major component from the roof to the basement, major and minor deficiencies, any major expenditures necessary, what to watch out for, helpful tips and safety concerns. When the inspection is complete your inspector will prepare a detailed digital inspection report regarding your property for you and your realtor within 24 hours.

Our home inspections typically range from two to three hours long, depending on size of house, and you are invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection.

We will document and photograph defects and the general condition in a thorough, easy to understand home inspection report. The report will be emailed within 24 hours after the inspection.
